精瑞成长计划由聂梅生、单伟豹、张力等房地产业知名人士及路劲地产、天鸿地产、21世纪经济报道等优秀企业共同发起，通过资金捐建、部品捐赠方式改善西部民族地区民间孤儿学校与贫困学校的人居环境；同时支持生活在城市中的青少年发挥特长助力成长计划，参与公益活动，共同成长。通过企业年会公益板块、公益活动嫁接,助力成长计划推广与企业品牌影响力。

        项目自2013年7月启动,已为民族地区孤儿学校设计、修建了数字教室、上学道路、学生食堂、学前班活动活动、ECO公益厨房、篮球场、公共卫生间等功能建筑与设施，改善了842名孩子的学习成长环境，超过千名志愿者参与了成长计划各项活动。

       ELITE Child Plan, which was initiated jointly by the celebrities in real estate, e.g. Nie Meisheng, Shan Weibao, Zhang Li, etc., and outstanding enterprises, e.g. RK Properties, Tenhong Land, 21st Century Business Herald, etc., aims to improve the living environment of the non-governmental orphan schools and poor schools in the west ethnic regions in China through donating buildings and materials, supports the specialty learning of urban teenagers and participates in public activities. Elite Child Plan is promoted and the influence of enterprise brand is enhanced through the public welfare section in annual meeting and cooperation with other activities.

       Launched in July, 2013, the Plan has designed and constructed functional buildings and facilities for orphan schools in minority regions, such as digital classroom, road to school, canteen, kindergarten, ECO kitchen, basketball field, common toilet, etc., thus improved the learning and growth environment for 842 children. Over a thousand volunteers have participated in various activities of Elite Child Plan.
