精瑞人居发展基金会由全联房地产商会发起，在北京市民政局登记注册，是联合国全球契约组织成员，是全球首家以“提升人居品质，改善人居环境”为宗旨的基金会。根据相关规定，向精瑞人居发展基金会的公益捐款，都可以进行所得税税前扣除。

        精瑞人居发展基金会累计用于资助行业活动、行业研究、行业标准、行业奖励、社会援建等行业与社会公益事业超过1500万元。

       ELITE Habitat Development Foundation, which was launched by China Real Estate Chamber of Commerce and registered in Beijing Municipal Bureau of Civil Affairs, is a member of United Nations Global Compact and the world's first foundation dedicated to "improving habitation quality and living environment". According to the relevant provisions, pre-tax deduction of income tax applies to the donation to ELITE Habitat Development Foundation.

       ELITE has contributed an accumulated fund of more than 15,000,000 RMB to industrial and social welfare causes, e.g. industry activities, research, standards, industry awards, construction assistance.
